This certification ensures that processes are in place to identify problems and rectify situations before they are passed on to our valued customers. Through tracking customer feedback, product non-conformances and
order incidents, we are able to realize areas for improvement and have a corrective action mechanism that allows us to make process or product improvements. Management is committed to quality and have demonstrated this commitment by opting for certification over 12 years ago.
