facilities is certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. This
certification ensures that processes are in place to
identify problems and rectify situations before they are
passed on to our valued customers. Through tracking customer
feedback, product non-conformances and order incidents, we
are able to realize areas for improvement and have a
corrective action mechanism that allows us to make process
or product improvements. Management is committed to quality
and have demonstrated this commitment by opting for
certification since 1996.
